Our Work

Stacey Contracting

Building a brand and digital platform for the next stage of growth

Stacey Contracting has grown from a small family-run operation into a multi-industry company delivering specialised contracting services across Western Australia.

Our work supported more than the launch of a new website. We helped reposition the business through a refreshed identity, capability material and branded applications, then developed a custom website that presents its services clearly while giving staff mobile access to policies and step-by-step work instructions.

Stacey Contracting was moving into a new stage of the business. Its identity and communications needed to reflect a company operating across multiple industries and locations rather than the smaller family operation from which it had grown.

We approached the rebrand, capability material, field applications and website as one connected system. Each element needed to improve credibility while remaining practical for the people representing and operating the business.

Stacey Contracting Capability Statement

One identity across the office and the field

The refreshed identity was applied to the places customers and stakeholders would encounter the business, including its capability statement, business cards, company clothing, hats and helmets. This created a more consistent presentation without losing the practical character of the company.

The website became the public expression of that wider system, using clear service and industry pathways to explain what Stacey Contracting does, where it operates and the equipment and experience it brings to each project.

Operational information available where the work happens

Behind the public website, the platform also manages company policies and work instructions. Staff can access current step-by-step procedures from a phone or tablet rather than depending on paper copies or documents stored away from the worksite.

Bringing this information into the same digital platform makes the website useful to the people delivering the work as well as the customers assessing the company from outside it.

Does your brand reflect the business you have become?
