Core platform integrations
Stripe, Twilio, Xero and Mailchimp connect payments, notifications, bookkeeping and customer communication.
The Drakesbrook Hotel needed more than a website displaying menus and venue information. It needed a complete online ordering experience that allowed customers to browse available food and drinks, pay securely and follow the progress of their pickup order.
We designed and developed a bespoke platform that connects the customer experience with staff order management, kitchen workflow, notifications, bookkeeping and ongoing customer communication.
Online ordering only works when the complete journey is connected. Customers need to understand what is available, place an order confidently and know when it will be ready. Staff need new orders to arrive clearly, move through the kitchen and remain visible without depending on handwritten notes or disconnected systems.
We designed the public ordering experience and the administration workflow as two parts of the same platform, then connected the supporting payment, notification, accounting and marketing services.
Customers can browse available food and drinks, order for pickup and complete payment securely online. SMS and email notifications keep them informed while staff use a digital order board to view incoming orders and send them through to the kitchen.
Behind the ordering process, Xero integration supports more accurate bookkeeping and reduces administrative duplication. Mailchimp integration gives the hotel a practical way to continue communicating with customers after the transaction.
