Our Work

Statute to Strategy Consulting

Making a complex offer clear and practical

Statute to Strategy Consulting helps organisations turn an intended response to statutory and regulatory obligations into practical operational systems. Founder Heather Siemaszko needed a website that could explain this specialist work clearly, establish confidence and make it easy for the right people to start a conversation.

We designed and built a custom WordPress website around that purpose. The result brings the service areas, Heather’s experience and her approach together in a focused experience that she can edit using WordPress’s native block editor.

Statute to Strategy Consulting works with organisations that have determined how they intend to respond to their obligations but need help putting that response into practice. The website had to make this distinction understandable, explain what Heather delivers and show how an engagement begins.

We organised the experience around the questions a prospective client is likely to ask: what support is available, when is it useful, how does Heather work and what experience does she bring? That structure allows a specialist offer to feel clear without oversimplifying it.

Service areas

  • Branding + Design

What we delivered

  • Content structure and user journey A clear path through the consultancy’s services, approach and founder story, ending with a straightforward way to make contact.
  • Custom WordPress design A distinctive visual experience designed around the consultancy and the people assessing its services.
  • Native block editor theme A purpose-built theme that lets Heather edit page content through WordPress without depending on a subscription-based page builder.
  • Responsive development Layouts designed to communicate the offer clearly across desktop, tablet and mobile screens.
  • Visitor behaviour tools Analytics, heatmaps and screen recordings that provide visibility into how visitors use the website and where improvements may be useful.

A website Heather can shape as the business grows

We designed and coded a custom WordPress theme using the platform’s native block editor. Heather can edit the content through the CMS while the theme maintains a consistent visual system across the site.

Building for the block editor gave us the flexibility to create the layouts the project needed without tying everyday content changes to a third-party page builder or its ongoing subscription. The design and underlying components were developed for this business rather than fitted around a pre-built template.

Clear pathways through specialist services

The website introduces the practical gap Heather helps organisations address, then presents services such as policy-to-operations projects, operational decision tools, consultation and advisory support. The content also explains her approach, from scoping and collaboration through to delivery and handover.

Heather’s background and perspective have a dedicated place in that journey. Visitors can understand both the work on offer and the person they would be working with before deciding to get in touch.

Learning from how visitors actually use the site

Analytics, heatmaps and screen recordings were included to give the business visibility beyond basic page views. These tools can show where visitors engage, where they pause and whether important content or contact pathways are being missed.

That information provides a practical basis for future adjustments as the business grows. The website can evolve in response to observed behaviour and changing business needs rather than relying on assumptions made at launch.

Can your website explain what makes your work valuable?

When a service is specialised, the website needs to make its purpose, process and people easy to understand. We design and build flexible websites that help the right clients recognise when and why to get in touch.
